I've always been afraid to bring my car to a garage for repairs, because I've had tons of experiences where I felt I was severely overcharged. A few years ago I found a mechanic that I really liked. Unfortunately they ended up selling the business, and I was heartbroken. However! I recently needed a car repair, and I brought my car here. They took great care of me. They fixed my car, and they did not overcharge me! I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a decent repair shop.

Whole experience was awesome! Slid into a curb during a snow storm, limped my vehicle to the shop. Jared came out and looked at it to determine if I should even try to get it home. Ended up leaving it there on a Friday evening, they looked at it right away Monday morning and called with the estimate. Quoted a week for parts to come in and $900 for repairs. Ended up getting it done three days later and costing $75 less even with an additional part being replaced. I just found my new mechanic. Thanks so much!

We had major issues with our dodge and everyone was quoting us 4k+, fortunately a fri3nd on fb recommended Jared. Not only was he able to do the work for less, it was ready so fast. We figured a week or 2 but in a couple days we good to go. Exceptional all around. You wont regret it. Its so hard to find a place that wont rip you off.

This place is GREAT! These guys do great work and they stand by it. Service is prompt and thorough. Ask for Jarrod, he's extremely helpful. I'd recommend them for any work you need done on your car. Plus, it's easy to get to and to drop off after hours. They're quick to return calls and explain everything in detail. 5 stars, all the way!

The name says it all! We all wish we had "that" neighbor who was a real mechanic, not a watch youtube and proclaim they know what they're doing neighbor. One that you can trust to not take advantage of your pocketbook, make up lies about what needs to be fixed, etc. Well, now you have that with this company! I haven't brought a car in to a shop for many years out of fear of cost and horror stories but after watching YouTube videos trying to figure out my cars exhaust creeping in the cab I read the reviews and gave it a shot. I'm not even kidding when I tell you I probably spent more money trying to fix the issue myself than getting it repaired professionally. I'm telling you, you will not find another shop like this anywhere. I was so happy to not feel sick after driving my car and it runs perfectly. Save the frustration, the run around from other shops and start here. U won't regret it!

I took my 2015 Nissan van into Good Neighbor Automotive for a wheel hub issue, and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they fix that problem, but they also discovered a bad tie rod and took care of it too. The price was incredibly fair and affordable. I’ve been searching for an honest and reliable mechanic since moving here, and I’ve finally found one. Jared was great—clear communication, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Jarod and the good neighbor team got my tranny repaired and my van back on road for a better price and days faster than I was quoted anywhere else around town. I will not go anywhere else. They are honest, professional, reasonable, and have integrity. Thank you good neighbor!!
